Return conditions

Still not satisfied with the product? You have the option to return the product within 14 days of receipt. To do this, follow the steps below.

General return conditions:
• No returns will be accepted that have been used.
• New and unused products can be exchanged or refunded for any reason within 14 days of purchase. We don't make a fuss about that! We will credit the amount within 14 days after registering your return!
• Products damaged during transport must be reported by email within 48 hours of receipt.
• Send the product(s) within 72 hours after registering your return.
• Products damaged by the user cannot be returned. We will check this upon receipt.
• For products that show a minor defect or imperfection and for which you do not feel it is necessary to return, a voucher can be given if desired.
• Do not return broken/damaged products without our permission. First send us a photo for assessment.
• We will refund the amount to you within 14 days after registering the return. Of course, we must have received the return first.
• If possible, please state a reason for return. This helps us improve our products and service!

When am I entitled to free returns?

• If you have received an incorrect product. However, this must be stated within 48 hours by email, including the order number.

• If you have received a damaged product. However, this must be stated within 48 hours by email, including the order number.

• Pack the products in their original condition and packaging in a box. Make sure it
label is present.
• Place the completed return form in the box
• Place the supplied return label clearly visible on the shipping box
• Deliver the package to the post office
• Keep the proof of shipment in a safe place

When will we refund you?
We will transfer the costs incurred by you (purchase costs and original shipping costs) to you within 14 days after cancellation.

What do you get in return?
You will receive a full refund, including the original shipping costs paid.

Where will I receive the refunded amount?
We will refund the amount in the same way as you paid. Does this not work? We will then contact you.

Costs for returning
The costs for return shipping are at your own expense. Are you returning a product because it is damaged or incorrectly delivered? We will then reimburse these costs afterwards.
