Still not satisfied with the product? You have the option to return the product within 14 days of receipt. Please follow the steps below.
General return conditions:
• No used return products will be accepted.
• New and unused products can be exchanged or refunded without any reason within 14 days of purchase. We won't make it difficult for you! We will credit the amount within 14 days of registering your return!
• Products damaged during transport must be reported by email within 48 hours of receipt.
• Send the product(s) within 72 hours of registering your return.
• Products damaged by the user cannot be returned. We check for this upon receipt.
• For products that have a minor defect or imperfection and which you do not find it necessary to return, a voucher can be given if desired.
• Do not return broken/damaged products without our permission. First send us a photo for assessment.
• Within 14 days of registering the return, we will refund the amount to you. Of course, we must have received the return first.
• If possible, state a reason for returning. This helps us to improve our products and service!
When am I entitled to free returns?
• If you have received an incorrect product. However, this must be reported by email within 48 hours, including the order number.
• If you have received a damaged product. However, this must be reported by email within 48 hours, including the order number.
Packaging
• Pack the products in their original condition and packaging in a box. Make sure the
label is present.
• Place the completed return form in the box

Refund
When do we refund you?
We will transfer the costs you incurred (purchase costs and original shipping costs) to you within 14 days after cancellation.
What do you get back?
You will receive the full purchase amount, including the originally paid shipping costs.
Where do I receive the refunded amount?
We will refund the amount in the same way you paid. If this is not possible, we will contact you.
Costs for returning
The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. Are you returning a product because it is damaged or delivered incorrectly? Then we will reimburse these costs afterwards.
