Three Kings Quick Light

The Three Kings brand was founded in 1936 by René Schönefeld, the son of a Dutch pharmacist from Venlo. He previously owned a company primarily focused on brewing products. Because he came from a family of pharmacists, he came across a recipe for church incense. This inspired him to explore sources of frankincense in Africa, the Middle East and Asia. After finding reliable suppliers, he started producing various colorful incense blends. René Schönefeld first sold these unique mixtures in the Dutch regions of Brabant and Limburg, and later throughout Europe. This is how the Three Kings brand was born.
